"Excellent Customer Support"
I’m really pleased with the service. The technician called right before arriving. He even offered to remove his shoes (which is kinda unusual). I was thankful for that. He was super polite and nice. He dedicated a good amount of time to fix an issue (since our system is pretty outdated) and didn’t think twice about calling a coworker for assistance. He also made sure to leave behind written guidelines for any future visits from engineers.

"Great Engineer, but Appointment Scheduling Needs Improvement"
The engineer did a fantastic job. However, this was a rescheduled visit due to some mix-up with the last one. We did get a heads-up that he was en route, which was nice. It’d be even more helpful if we could get a more precise time ahead of the appointment, as being stuck in a 5-hour 'window' is pretty inconvenient. A 2-hour slot, like what a lot of other companies offer, would be much better.

"Appointments are sent out promptly by the company..."
The company gets the appointments out on time, and the engineer shows up right on schedule, treating my property with respect. Any questions or problems we have are handled well, and they provide advice when needed.
